Wheel:  The direct drive blast revolves at 3600rpm for maximum abrasive velocity.  Nine inch diameter wheel with four blades designed for easy replacement.

Control Cage:  Dial type cage

Wheel Housing:  Fabricated from 1/4" steel plate.    Housing is completely lined with wear resistant liners.  All liners are replaceable.  

Cabinet:  Cabinet is fabricated from 1/4" steel plate.  Inside of cabinet lined with 1/4" neoprene.  Deflector shield opposite of blast wheel.

Door:  Fabricated from 1/4" steel plate.  Door is sealed from abrasive and dust leakage.

Elevator:  Centrifugal discharge belt and bucket elevator is dust-tight.  Removable covers permits service service and inspection and screw adjusted take-ups provide positive belt adjustment.

Abrasive Screening:  Abrasive screening in cabinet and elevator eliminates tramp metal from entering blast wheel.

Capacity: 24"X20" blast area.

Abrasive Required:  200 lbs initial.

Safety Features:  Blast wheel and spinner operational only when door is closed.  Spinner drive is fully guarded.

Electrical: Thermal overload protection for all motors, single or three phase.  Timer controls blast wheel motor.
