"ROC BLAST" Airless abrasive blast cleaning machine designed for the small  to medium end user.  Rocking blast drum tumbles for best cleaning effect.  No air required to operate and no cabinet liners to replace.  All wheel parts are replaceable and easy to maintain.

Control Cage:  Dial type cage

Wheel Housing:  Fabricated from 1/4" steel plate.    Housing is completely lined with wear resistant liners.  All liners are replaceable.  

Cabinet:  Cabinet is fabricated from 1/4" steel plate.  Access cover in side plate permits removal of blast drum.

Door:  Fabricated from 1/4" steel plate.  Door is sealed from abrasive and dust leakage.

Blast Drum:  Sides fabricated from 1/4" AR400, replaceable liner inside drum.

Elevator:  Centrifugal discharge belt and bucket elevator is dust-tight.  Removable covers permits service service and inspection and screw adjusted take-ups provide positive belt adjustment.

Capacity: 24"X28"X8" blast drum.  150 pound capacity.

Work Load Height:  36"

Abrasive Required:  200 lbs initial.

Safety Features:  Blast wheel and drum operational only when door is closed.  Drum drive is fully guarded.

Electrical: Thermal overload protection for all motors, single or three phase.  Timer controls blast wheel motor.
